About the Website: Beach-Bum
Beach-Bum was created on October 28th. I took an absence from the blogging world for a while, but yet again, decided I wanted to jump in again. I have always loved the beach and would one day be content to just sit on the beach all day and do absolutely nothing else. So, I feel Beach-Bum adequately describes that.
This little corner of the Internet is just something to call my own. It serves for the sole purpose of a personal blog, and probably always will. I'm no good at graphics and I don't provide any other services, if you haven't noticed already. So, yeah. :)

Past Websites
Red Bananas: This was my first real website. I created it in January of 2009 to serve solely as a personal blog. I was still getting into the whole "blog scene" and Red Bananas was just not taking off. I was having trouble with my host site and I didn't feel like it was really going anywhere, so I closed it in August 2009.
Jovers: After I had closed Red Bananas, I started to long to blog again, to have a little space on the internet that I could call my own. So, in October 2009, I created Jovers. Jovers was again just for the purpose of a blog, and I added a little other personal content, like poems and book reviews for the (few) visitors. The name 'Jovers' came from my online alias/nickname, Jovie. A couple of my close internet friends would change the name up a bit, and Jovers just kinda stuck for the name of my site. Jovers really seemed to be doing well, I had finally created a personal blog that I was proud of. Then of course, life kicked in with school and personal issues, and I neglected the site and it slowly just crashed and burned.
